ArawPOS Privacy Policy

Effective September 15, 2026

ArawPOS is a point of sale and inventory app for Windows, made by BoxHive Digital Solutions Co. ("BoxHive", "we", "us"). This policy explains what happens to the information you enter into ArawPOS.

In short: ArawPOS works offline. It does not connect to the internet, does not ask you to create an account, and does not send your data to BoxHive or anyone else.

Information ArawPOS stores

To do its job, ArawPOS saves the records you create, such as products, prices, stock levels, sales, and receipts. If you choose to enter them, it may also save the names of your staff or customers and related details.

All of this is stored only on the computer where ArawPOS is installed. BoxHive cannot see, access, or recover it.

Information we collect

None through the app. ArawPOS has no analytics, tracking, advertising, or automatic crash reporting, and it does not send usage data to us.

Sharing your information

We do not sell, rent, or share your information, because we never receive it. Devices you connect to your computer, such as receipt printers or barcode scanners, work locally.

Backups and exports

Any backup or export you make is a file you control. If you copy it to a USB drive, email, or a cloud storage service, that copy is handled according to the practices of wherever you put it.

Keeping your records safe

Since your data lives on your computer, its security depends on that computer. We recommend protecting it with a Windows password, keeping Windows up to date, and making regular backups, since BoxHive cannot restore lost data.

If you record personal information about your customers or staff, your business is responsible for handling it in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

Deleting your data

You can delete your records at any time by removing them in ArawPOS or by uninstalling the app and deleting its data from your computer.

Contacting support

If you email us for help, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to respond to you. Please do not send customer data or backup files unless we ask for them to solve your issue.

Where you downloaded ArawPOS

The store or website you downloaded ArawPOS from, such as the Microsoft Store, may collect information under its own privacy policy.

Children

ArawPOS is a business tool and is not directed at children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how ArawPOS handles information, we will update this page and its effective date.
